Where are Cilva Foods products made?

All Cilva Foods products are made at our facility in No. 26, Oshin Drive, New Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. We are proudly Nigerian-made.
Are your products NAFDAC approved?
▾
Yes! All our products carry valid NAFDAC certifications. Our registration numbers are A8-107807L and A8-107095L. You can verify on the NAFDAC website.
Do your products contain preservatives?
▾
No. All Cilva Foods products are made with 100% natural ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives or additives.
How do I place an order?

You can order directly on our website by adding products to cart and checking out. You can also order via WhatsApp by sending a message to 08101237214 with the products and quantities you want.
Can I order in bulk / wholesale?

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders. Please contact us via WhatsApp (08101237214) or email (cilvafoodslimited@gmail.com) to discuss bulk pricing and minimum order quantities.
Can I customize my order?

For certain products like Zobo Drink, we can accommodate specific sweetness levels and flavour preferences. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss custom orders.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Paystack (credit/debit card, USSD, bank transfer), direct bank transfer (Access Bank), cash on delivery (Ibadan only), and payment via WhatsApp order coordination.
Is online payment secure?

Yes. We use Paystack — Nigeria's leading and most trusted payment gateway. All transactions are SSL encrypted and your card details are never stored on our servers.
Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a full replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
How long does delivery take?

Ibadan (central): Same day or next day. Ibadan (outskirts): 1-2 business days. Lagos/Abuja/other cities: 2-4 business days. We'll always confirm delivery timeline when you order.
How much is delivery?
▾
Ibadan central: ₦500. Ibadan outskirts: ₦800. Lagos: ₦2,000. Abuja: ₦2,500. Self pickup from our facility: Free. Free delivery on Ibadan orders above ₦5,000.
Do you deliver outside Ibadan?

Yes! We deliver nationwide via courier. Delivery fees and timelines vary by location. Contact us for your specific location pricing.
How should I store my products?
▾
Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Yoghurts and Parfait should be refrigerated. Zobo Drink should be chilled before serving. Always check packaging for specific storage instructions.
What is the shelf life of your products?
▾
Shelf life varies: Chin Chin, Plantain Chips, and dry snacks: 3-6 months. Zobo Drink: 2 weeks (refrigerated). Greek Yoghurt & Parfait: 7-14 days (refrigerated). Check the expiry date on each product.
Are your yoghurts suitable for lactose intolerant people?

Our yoghurts are dairy-based and may not be suitable for those with lactose intolerance or dairy allergies. Please consult your healthcare provider. Our Zobo Drink is dairy-free.
